Having flown from Singapore to UK, stopped over for two nights and then to the States, I expected to feel spaced-out when I arrived at my niece’s place in North Carolina. But there’s no chance in the world for any kind of drowiness when I’m with an inquisitive three-year-old and an adorable one-year-old. The days are filled with activities and in the night, I simply crash out. No sleeping problems at all.
If you want to get over jet lag fast, be with babies and toddlers. They have the power to reset our internal clocks.
